@Nameet Can you toggle on “turn on this line “ assuming your trying to activate eSIM with public mobile ? Or you have physical sim for public mobile ? If physical put it in the phone and reboot the device and test

@Nameet are you using eSIM for public mobile sim? If so make sure your PM eSIM is enabled /set to primary if iPhone make sure you toggle on “ turn on this line and reset network settings
Toggle on “turn on this line”
And finale old carriers sim or remove it if physical sim and test again

Yes, I ported a number and said yes to porting consent however the network is still showing my old carrier and not pubMob

to start a new PM account you must first download the PM app to your cellphone, then start the activation process. Are you trying to port your number in to your new account ?

@Nameet Are you using the app to activate ? You need the app not website to activate , but if your using the app and already paid and it’s not working get support to help you
