I just changed my number requested a number change, but still my old public number is still working. When does the new number start working

Login to your account on the PM app or website and check the register number in your account. Go to Accounts tab and check number on top of page.
Reboot your phone by powering off then back on. If that didn’t work then reset the Network settings on your phone.

should be immediate change. Did you make the change...then save ? Try a network reset, see if that helps.
