Number change

I am trying to change my number and when I select the number I want it states that the number change failed

If you found a number that you like and that is showing as available and no one answers on it then I would contact the support people. Some time ago I changed numbers. I have another account that changed fine. One didn't. I tried all the tricks that get mentioned here all the time but the support people ended up having to fix it.

@Corymw1 - you can change your phone number 4 times every 30 days, if you wish. Is there any chance you have done this more than 4 times within this period?

If so, you will need to wait another 30 days to change it again.

Otherwise, see other posts, or you can also try using a totally different device.

I would try using different browser. If that does not help, let us know...

Website can be finicky.  Logout of your account.  Try to clear cache, incognito mode or another web browser.  Log back in and see whether that works.
