I need help cancelling my Public Mobile account immediately.
I cannot submit a support ticket because the “Submit a ticket” option is not appearing.
Please connect me with a Customer Support Agent (CSA) so they can close my account and delete my phone number.

@Marina54 why dont you cancel yourself?
Just disable Autopay by logging in My Account, go to Payment -> Manage Subscription, then toggle off Subscribed

Other ways to cancel is to port number to another service provider.
