Hi Support,
I started my number Transfer from Virgin Mobile yesterday. I sent YES immediately I received the notification from Virgin, but it has not been completed over 5 hours.
Is the process completed? How can I know the status? Does it work during non-business hours?

The PM website and app was under maintenance from 12:00am to 10:00am EST this morning so you can’t do anything between those times.
Stick the Virgin SIM back in your phone and it should still work. Download the PM app and start over again. Wait for the text from Virgin and confirm with YES you are porting over to PM. The Virgin SIM will continue to work for about 90 minutes until porting is completed. Power off your phone and switch to PM SIM.

@ShawnJS , try using your Virgin Mobile SIM card. If there is no longer service, this is a sure sign that number transfer is complete. You should be doing this check regardless so that payments on the other end will stop.

hi @ShawnJS try reboot phone now and check inbound calls and see if it comes to the PM sim card
if not coming, call PM porting support team and ask, i will send you the number to your Community inbox. Check and call
