Hi I’m new to PM. I downloaded the app and scanned the QR code from the phone I want to activate an eSIM from (iPhone 12) but I keep getting message that it’s Unable to Activate eSIM and I need to contact carrier. I tried taking out my old physical SIM, reboot, and tried again. No luck. I’m not even sure how to contact PM customer service… am I doomed to having to buy a physical sim?

Try going to the Welcome to PM email and scan the QR code from the email.
I found a SIM is more flexible than eSIM if you need to transfer over to another phone. With eSIM you need to purchase in for each phone.
If scanning didn’t work then contact a CS_Agent for further assistance by pm at:

if you tried QR code scan and still not work, you wil need PM agent to help, maybe they will send you a new one. Please submit ticket with agent
