Number Transfer - Old account number and PIN

My Number Transfer was rejected and 2 of the suggested errors were incorrect Account number and/or PIN, but I was never given the option to enter either of these things. What am I missing here? Where do these get submitted?

I had an issue porting my number.

 

Do the following:

@caitbean , if the number port goes as designed, selecting nugget transfer will bring up the tab where you enter the 10 digit number to be transferred for eligibility check.  The check will determine whether the number is active with a competing carrier brand.  If this test passes, you will be presented with the porting form where information regarding the old account is entered.  You are required to enter one of account number, IMEI or PIN code, along with account holder name.  When entering account number, hyphens and other separators are to be left out.  Generally you get one chance to attempt a port.  Failed ports can get stuck and requires moderator team support to fix.

Is this a new account or did you take a temp number and are trying to transfer the number? Either way I suggest sending a message to the moderator team. Click this to send them a message. so they can properly re-submit the process.
