Number Transfer Issue

When trying to transfer my number from my old provideryesterday I received the following text from Public:

"We're having trouble transferring your number. Someone from our team will contact you shortly using your original phone number or the alternate provided"

I have not heard anything since. Do I keep waiting or what?

It could be an incomplete port. PM porting support team can help. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
