Two Days ago, I tried to port a number from my speakout wireless account.
So far, I am able to send and recieve text messages on the Telus Network, and make outgoing calls.
I can not receive call or send texts to cutsomers on different networks.
Please help.

We're really sorry to hear that you haven't been able to receive calls or send texts to others on different network after porting your phone number. I can surely have a look into it and troubleshoot.
Can you please provide me with the following info via private message?
- the number you ported in
- account # + PIN# associated to your old service provider
- name authorized to transfer

@mdev, it looks like the porting is stuck. Your gonna need a moderator to fix things. Please send a private message to a moderator to redo the port. If you are unsure how to contact a moderator, read up from the link below.
