Neglected to update replacement credit card details & notified re non payment for Nov. Account is set up for auto pay.
Went into account on 29Nov22 & updated card info & made payment which appeared to go through. Checked bank
Credit Card account showed transaction pending then later reversed. Is there a way to confirm my account is up to date and in good standing. Text received from Public mobile indicating payment not received.

Using your cellphone, dial 611 to get latest account status. As long as cc is valid, you can also make payment as long as you remember your PM pin number.

@fandlingram do you have any active service on your phone?
when you login to My Account , do you see account status Active or not?

@fandlingram Before trying to update your CC, try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode first. You'll have better success.

First things first, @fandlingram , do you have ACTIVE service?
If so, you're all good, if not, log into self-serve, what does the landing page indicate? You can also dial *611 from your device to hear recorded information about the status of the account.
