if you want to stop using Public Mobile but still use your current number with a different cell provider, you must keep your Public Mobile account in good standing until you initiate port to new cell provider. When the port is successfully complete...your PM account is automatically deactivated...no need for Customer Support intervention...(usually !!)

@denise881 Log into your account and unsubscribe , that or you can pause your credit card night before your next renewal day and the account will become suspended and after 90 days suspended it will automatically close close the account . Last option is to message support and ask them to remove the credit card info on file right away . Also if you switching to new provider the minute you port number out successfully will also close your account out too
