Nothing but trouble, what's going on?

So, at first, I got an error during sign up. 

 

I emailed support, apparently it was a glitch, and was all fixed. Great. 

 

Then, my number hasn't been ported yet. I signed up on Thursday night! I gave it some time because it was the holidays, but what's going on? BTW, the bill came from my other provider in the meantime, which I paid, so the port could go well, but this has already cost me more money than it should. 

 

Now, I popped in the sim to test it out, to see if SOMETHING was working, but now it tells me it hasn't been provisioned, but it was working before! 

 

What is going on here? Is it just gross incompetence? At what point do I just ask for a refund and give up on it?
