Do your outgoing calls, texts in/out or data work?

Can you try your SIM in another phone to see if incoming calls work?

Other troubleshooting to try:

*turn off your phone, leave off for a few minutes, then reboot

*removing your SIM, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode

*reset network settings on your device

Not sure what you mean by "line is busy". Do you get busy sound whenever you dial ? Can people call you ? Can you text out ?
