Hi,
I'm trying to activate my New phone number, but whenever i'm asked to confirm full access I dont receive the text message. It seems like the phone number in general doesn't work because when my partner calls it rings on her end, but my phone doesn't receive anything.
I have already created an account, chose a phone number, and paid for the subcription plan.

If you picked a new number. Just reboot your phone with the SIM in your phone by powering off then back on.

are you porting your number? before your number is ported, the code would be sending to your old service provider, so put the old sim card back
But if still not getting the code, ask PM to check and help. You won't be able to use Chatbot to open ticket yet, so just message them here
