my friend recently joined public mobile switched over from Telus. She can only receive text from one person. Everything else is not coming or going through. She kept the same number from Telus

@Jdub88 @Sounds like it might be a porting issue . I will send you the porting team number private message . And they can re trigger the port request for you

It sounds like the switch from telus was not successful.  I will send you a separate message for them to call to verify and fix. Check you mailbox for the number.
