I ordered a simcard from Public Mobile website but the card has still not arrived. What can I do?

@tengchh , as already noted there are delays in shipping SIM cards. If eventually you do receive the order, you can click on the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the webpage and initiate a support ticket.

Can you use the store finder to buy one locally and then keep the other one in the mail as a spare?
