Not receiving 6 digit ever safe code .
Code is being send to my old phone number . I cannot log in as I am not subscribed my plane need to renew .
Code is not being sent to my email either
Please help

Hello @ ani121,
You will need to access the community account in My Settings-Personal-Account Information and verify if the phone number is correct. Then, on the same page, go to Manage Ever Safe ID, check here as well if the phone number is correct, if not, update it. Then log off, log in again, and check once more if you receive the code.

why "old" number? you changed your number?
Click Didn't Receive code or Resend code on that security code page, you can then pick Send Email and get the code via email
if you can login, go to Profile -> Manage EverSafe ID and update the phone number. But if you cannot login, ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

@ani121 You can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart and load funds *611 to resume services right away , alternatively you can ask support to help you regain access to your account
