Hi,
Just join Public Mobile 3 hours ago activate my sim and account, I was with pay as you go plan (no contract) with other carrier and now i can make call but not receving any call.
I receive a text massage about to complete your requst to move to PM go to PM.ca and click Contact us and complete the SIM & activation !!!
First there is no Contact us on the PM page !
Second I already did complete the SIM and Activation.
Whts going on, was before with PM with no problem.

That's still some thin ice. It would technically be inactive. The week is more of a grace period for billing.
If your previous plan was a post-paid plan then they should be able to pro-rate a refund when you get ported out/closed.

@Zohar it could be a day or two for a moderator to contact you, you may loose your number if your old account is not active

Its supose to end today did not pay. I use to pay month to month basic

Is your old account still active? It's necessary to port your phone number.
