Hi,
I am not able to receive calls or texts. Is this because my number is currently being ported? I am still able to call others, but I am not receiving anything.

@ThutopChuk How long ago did you start the port process? Usually it is quick but sometimes can take longer. If your old sim is no longer working then insert the Public Mobile sim and restart the phone.

It sounds like porting your number is not completed. Your account must be active with your old carrier to port over so don’t cancel your service with them. The most important step in porting is you reply with YES to the text with your old SIM in your phone. There is a 90 minute window for you to reply or porting will be in limbo.
If you didn’t reply or missed the 90 minutes then you need to contact a CS_Agent through the Chat bill bubble and type in Submit a Ticket for a agent to restart the porting process. Staff hours are from 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.
BTW, if porting was not completed…your old SIM should still work.

This is an issue for new ppl signing up PM is working on a fix but for now, they can only resolve the issue on a case by case basis. Please open ticket with PM support by messaging CS Agent here:
