Since the sim has not arrived yet you have other options if you want one sooner. Like going to a telus store and buy one for $10 or Amazon for $5. PM should credit you the cost of the sim. But I would contact them first and confirm that they will.

sim card delivery time is very unpredictable here.   Usually no worse that 3 weeks

you can ask PM to check.  Since you don't have service here yet, you cannot use Chatbot to open ticket, you need to message PM here

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
