Hi,
My plan is active with public Mobile and i opted for porting it out to fongo however i didn't receive portout confirmation message. On some thread it is mentioned to create a ticket for that. However ticket page never opens up (sometimes it shows system error, sometimes it shows 404)
If there is CS_Agent available, please help

I was able to get port out confirmation message after raising the issue with CS_Agent.

Hi Phil,
The text you referred above is correct only in case of usual scenarios where mobile carrier has a service standard to meet.
Unlike the case here where user is not receiving port out confirmation message automatically. Not sure if PM has done it deliberately to discourage users from porting out.
FYI, i received port out confirmation message after i raised the issue with with CS_Agent .
So people should check with CS_Agent if they dont receive port out confirmation message and dont reply only upon what fongo mentions.

@lovelyece1 According to their website transfers to Fongo can take up to 7 days and advise that you do not contact your current provider during the process. Here are their instructions, if the link will work
