I just checked my account and I'm no longer receiving the referral reward or the auto-pay reward, but I am still receiving the loyalty reward (It's showing all 3 rewards in the Reward section, but it's not being applied during the transaction). Also, I used to have an auto top-up of $19/month and now it's $25/month which is now starting to accumulate as a credit balance.
