I switched over from Fido 2 days ago and I am not getting texts. What am I supposed to do?

I've sent them a private message. I don't even get an option to send it via email or voice message. It just automatically says I need to send it to text.

first, tagging CS agent won't help, you need to properly open a ticket. Use this link to message them

For the 2FA, click Didn't Receive code or Resend code and try Send email or Voice Message. (for voice message, call yourself from another phone to get the 2FA code via voicemail)

Check if your fideo Sim is still active, in your pb app reinstate number transfer, if it is not active go to pb chat bot and submit a ticket. You can also try clearing your messing app cache

@CS_Agent I need help. I can't log into my account to create a ticket because I can't receive text messages, so I can't get a the 2 step verification password.
What am I supposed to do here?

iPhone? Go to Settings -> Phone -> My Number and remove the phone number there. Then reboot phone.
Next, go again to the My Number screen to enter the phone number to re-register iMessage and it should work
But if still in unable to send text, ask PM to re-provision the account . Just message them here:

Fido sim is disabled. I get incoming and outgoing calls.

Disable Fido sim.
Then check and enable PM sim and set as Primary. Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings
Make sure you confirm you can receive incoming calls. , then test text
