Not getting service

I just switched over from Bell to public mobile today. my number was successfully transferred but i dont seem to be able to make any calls. I can receive them though. please help.

While waiting for the Customer Support group to reply, have you tried:

  1. rebooting device
  2. resetting network connections
  3. toggling airplane mode on/off
  4. removing and reinserting your Public Mobile SIM card

hi @laurenfinkel this is a sim card setup problem on thr system and need Pm agent to fix it
