Not getting refund

Phone Is not esim compatible and went with a different provider. I'm trying to get a refund for this plan but not hearing back from support and have opened 2 tickets in the last 8 days.

PM is prepaid and it is said on the fine print, which you agreed  implicitly when you activaed.

but from what I know, PM usually very good in refund when account not fully activated.  So, just message support again

Good way to get sued not offering refunds for a service they promise to provide but can't on certain phones.

@Jbrewster18  public mobile is typically no refunds . But if you have submitted ticket already 

keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box
