Both my wife and I did not get a @$2.00 credit for using auto pay and I did not get a $1.00 credit for recommending my wife.

Did you check your points balance?

She should have already received $10 in her available balance for saying you referred her, you should get the $1 a month and if your plan is say the $25 plan you would each get 1.25 points per month as well.

@hamiltoncanada  When did you sign up? If you signed up after Jan 25, you would be on the new Rewards System and getting 5% back in Public Points in stead of $2 Autopay discount

For the referral, you will be getting 1 Points per month  instead of $1.  You can login to My Rewards site (https://www.publicmobile.ca/myrewards) and confirm your bill payment points as well as your referrals points you got.

Once you accumulate enough to 15 Points, you can then redeem for $15 bill credit

Here's some reading to help you understand the newer "Points Program".

If you signed up on or after January 25th 2022, you are automatically enrolled in the public points program which pays out "points" opposed to direct dollar value discounts on renewals.
