Not getting any loyalty rewards.

I've been a with public mobile for atleast 4 years now and i'm not getting loyalty rewards. I tried to create a ticket but the browser gave me 404 error. 

What do?

Private message them on the community mail icon. It’s like CS_agent you have to put in the send to column

if you are on auto pay, are you getting the $2  per cycle reward?

Click on your payment tab in self serve to view the last few cycle payments and see which rewards applied, and which did not.

Might you have switched to the Points system along the way? How long ago did you last get the loyalty reward? (you can go back a year in payment history)
