I've just paid for the plan and esim, but when I tried to complete sign up I'm getting a notification that my device isn't esim compatible. It's saying I have the option to purchase a physical sim and get a refund for my esim but it just keeps taking me in circles. How do I go about getting a refund for my esim purchase?

I'm currently using an s20 ultra. I made the mistake of just doing a quick Google search which told me "yes" but after further digging I've found mine actually isn't. That's ok. I'll pick up a physical sim 🙂

Here I was worried that not having "real customer service people" would be an issue. You guys are amazing. Thank you!

What type of device do you have?

@hairbag1 , there is actually no more $5 sim card on Amazon. In fact , it is now $15. But it is still good as it is 2 days Prime shipping. So, I think speed comes with a price 🙂

your best option is to buy a hard sim on Amazon for about $5 $15 with fast shipping...free shipping if you or friend has a Prime account. Alternative is see if there's a Mobile Klinik in your area as they have the PM sims too. Order from Public Mobile could take up to 3 weeks for delivery via Canada Post.
When you activate the new sim, message Customer Support for refund / credit to your account for the esim.
correction made ...thanks

for the esim refund, since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
CS_Agent will reply to your community inbox between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun), check here:

And for the physical sim, you can buy a Public Mobile sim card from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink store, or from Amazon
