Hi, I registered for that plan (Province-wide talk, global text and 4GB for $45) last night. I've selected it by going to a 90 day payment plan, province wide talk, unlimiteed global texting, 9 + 3 Gb at 4G LTE speed and got a total of about $141.50 every three months. I paid that and got the message that everything is ready, but when I tried sending a text, I got one back saying that the current plan does not include text messaging.
I called the 611 number and machine told me that my account is disabled temporarily. it ofered me some options umong whih was to make another payment. I check my balance, it said the balance is $141.50 and that next payment is due on October 1st.
I am so confused. The whole thing ended up looking like a scam.
Can anyone help please.

It's not a scam, just technical issues with the portal.
Also don't forget to setup your APN settings.
