My account is up to date and good to go. But my phone only works on wifi. I even bought extra data. I recently just started a new 3 month cycle and can’t use LTE DATA. Please help

Check the phone settings also. On Android, the data meter could be getting in the way. Public Mobile uses 30 day cycles and Android monitors on a monthly cycle. It is possible to him the meter limit if things are not synched.
