Hello folks,
I recently ported my wife's number from Fido to PB and everything worked like a charm however, when I try to login to the PM app it tries to send me a MFA code to her number via text message and she doesn't get it.
I can send her text messages with no problem, her phone works great too but we can't login to the PM app.
Any help will be much appreciated.

yeah, I've tried it ...several times and still nothing. It has been two days since her number was ported to PM.

after a couple of failed attempts, you might get option for email instead.
