Hi, I'm not able to proceeded payment with voucher or contact customer agent either. Connection takes eternity, still proceededing, submit a ticket ends with error. Payment with a notice we are not able to process your request at this time. Please try later. I do, for 4 days in row. My plan did not renew because of that, again. Last month it was same, I was able to pay finally. But not this time. Has anybody solution? At least how to contact customer agent?

@YellowTeam - if you are trying to add this voucher and had too many failed attempts, try waiting an hour. Then open a tab in incognito mode on browser and log into My Account, then try the voucher again.
Ways to contact Public Mobile privately below:
1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, OR
2-go to your envelope at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support (link is provided in #3 below as well).

@YellowTeam Tried using *611 from your phone or 1.855.4PUBLIC to load the voucher
you probably don't need it, but you can contact support to have them load the voucher for you using direct message

have you tried dialing 611 with your cell to add the vouchers ?
