Not able to make or receive calls after plan reactivated post vacation. Please help!!

Please try lost/stolen trick & then switch off your phone for 5 mintues sometimes it works.

@nizambeece11 When you log into your self serve account, what plan do you see? Have you tried restarting your phone? If the plan shows in self serve, you can try the lost/found phone trick. Report the phone lost. Wait a few minutes, then report it found. Then restart your phone.

Can you see if your acount is ACTIVE on the first page?

Try going into selfserve and click lost stolen..wait 5 -10 min then click found...also your vacation was less than 90 days?

FYI, it's 10$ plan, so 50 Canada wide calls included in the plan
