In settings I have selected Cellular Data ON
I have set limit to 4.4 with warning at 3.9
Still phone will not connect to Internet with Wi-Fi off.

@Philwest are you an existing customer and data was working previously but has now mysteriously stopped? Or are you a new customer and have yet to get data working at all? there will be follow-up questions, but we need to know this info first.

Have you verified your APN settings? Here is a great site to setup your APN and instructions on how to do it. Find the APN Settings for Public Mobile here!

This maybe because you haven't configured your APN. You should only have to do it once. The process varies based on your phone and your carrier. The link below will take you to a comprehensive post on this website.
