I have just subscribed for a plan and tried scanning the QR code provided twice, but the message I got was “unable to activate eSIM, try again or contact carrier”.
I did do the pre-check submitting my IMEI to see if it was able to use an eSim, and it said my phone was compatible so that’s not the issue. TIA!

@KT-G - was there not option on how to contact Public support? Not sure why Public makes this so difficult.
