Hello,
I am a new subscriber. I have paid the 90 month subscription and activated the SIM using the SIM number. However, it has been hours and I am still "Note registered on the network". I get this message when I try to call and I cannot send text messages.
I tried logging in online and they want me to "Confirm Full Service". However, since I cannot receive SMS, I am unable to receive the code either.
Please help. I tried reaching customer support and apparently there is no other support but community support.

Try clicking on did not receive code and have it sent to email. If this also fails, it is likely the activation was not totally successful in which case use the link below to send a private message to support to look into the activation.

If you tap the option, which reads “didn’t get the code?”, you may receive an option to receive it via email.
otherwise try rebooting your device and resetting network connections. If you’re using a physical Sim card, try the Sim card in another device.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

I had done the activation through the app. But now whenever I try to log on to my account via phone or computer, I get the same message: "Confirm Full Service".
