Not Recieving Incominf calls

I recently tried to get back the old phone number I had before I joined public mobile. I went through the process and one day my phone started sending texts and calls from my old number. The only issue I’m having is not receiving incoming phone calls. 

I have tried taking out my SIM card and putting it back, as well as checking my APN settings. I would really like this resolved as people are unable to call my old number or this one.

For calling issues, APN settings shouldn't be touched.  APN settings have no effect on voice calls.  As Robert was talking about, I am also thinking that you have requested a phone number to be transfered to Public Mobile. Is that correct?

@MaddieI98If you just ported (transfered number over here), it takes some time, every hour or so remove your battery / restart your phone. It can take time on your first port over and there can be weird issues for a short period of time. Depending on the service you ported from, voip app, home phone etc you could be looking at days.

If the issue continues you may have a partially completed port but most often ports just take a bit longer. One of the moderators can take a look, see if they need to do something to move it along.  Click this to send them a message

The other solution is to put your old sim card in your phone and use that service, until it stops working and the porting is complete.
