Hello. 

I am trying to sign into my account on a pc. It sends me a code to my email and then wants a second verification from the phone itself. The code never comes through. I also tries to call *611 and it asks for a code that I never did set up. How do I get by this?

HI @JaninaVB 

if you can get code sent by email, then login first.  After you login , go to Profile page and click Manage EverSafe ID and you can update the phone number there

If you cannot login My Account at all, then contact support agent by direct message here:
