Not Receiving a Verification Email

I lost my phone and the SIM card in that phone. I just bought a new phone and SIM card and got my phone number transferred to my new phone. I am trying to log into my Samsung account and it is sending a two-step verification code to my old phone, so I am unable to log in. Is there some way to get this verification code?

Did you properly update the sim card number on your My Account? Can you receive incoming calls and text from friends?

I already tried contacting them and they said to contact my carrier and get them to send me the verification code.

sounds like an issue with Samsung. See if there's an 800 number to call for their Customer Support.
