Does anyone know why I am not receiving e-mails from Public Mobile? My wife and I both have separate accounts and my wife receives occasional emails from Public Mobile, but I do not receive any. I have checked my Junk folder and they are not going there. I looked around "My Account" and couldn't find anywhere that allows you to enable/disable e-mails. Has anyone heard of this kind of thing before?

They don't send out emails particularly frequently but you may be unsubscribed from the email list

@CarmenB - have you ever unsubscribed from these emails? It could have been something you choose from Telus as well, as they may be somehow connected.
IF you wish to receive communications and think you are 'off the list' somehow.
Ask Customer Support Agents (CSA) to see if they can ensure they have your email on file as subscribed:

I do not receive many emails from PM either. I've received only 2 in recent years. But this is not a problem because usually PM does not send out emails anyway.
