Not Getting New Voicemail Notifications

I am not getting any new Voicemail notifications (or the little red icon) when a voicemail message is left for me. I can call in to check my messages and receive voicemails, but am just not getting any type of notification saying that it is there. 

I have tried restarting my phone as re-setting the network settings.

Most likely it is your phone's notification setup issiue.

@Marlee  That's a known issue with iPhones make sure visual voicemail is disabled. This happens when customers with iPhones do not disable visual voicemail with their previous provider before moving over to Publicmobile.

If you're on Android, check your call/phone app notification permissions.
