I've used CIBC Visa Debit and Koho VISA and both cards give me an error when I try to use them
Tells me can't verify information.
I contacted Koho and they told me my account is fine and that there are no attempts from Public Mobiles' end to charge the card so I should contact them.
I've checked the billing info on both cards and it matched Public Mobile.
My bill is due the 17th.
And ideas?

@ohmz2008gmail When entering the postal code do not enter any spaces. Also do not use the unit number field even if you live in an apartment or condo and use a desktop browser if you can.
Also restart your computer and clear your browser's cache or use incognito mode to see if it makes a difference.
Sometimes when you make too many attempts the PM system creates a security lock that needs to be reset by a moderator. If you are still having difficulty you can ask the moderator to add your card for you. To contact Public Mobile click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Moderator Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am (Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm (Eastern).

I am not sure what's happening with Visa Debit cards, but issues with them not being accepted and brought up before. Is yours one of those virtual versions?
You can try different variations of your address but after each attempt, check if you were charged even if it failed.
You can definitely contact Public Mobile"s moderators to try to get a fix for this pushed through, but in the short term, it may be easier to use a different card for payment (if possible), or to purchase top vouchers from a store. Recharge.com sells the codes for top up vouchers and accepts Paypal.
