Which verification code ? The verification code to get into your Public mobile account?
Since your plan renewed today, any issues with renewal? Did the payment go through? Is talk and data working? other texts working?

It worked yesterday. But the renewal starts today, then I got trouble in taking verification code.

try this, click Didn't receive code or resend code and choose Send email and see if you get the code that way
