I cannot even login Public mobile with verification code to my phone. I have to ask for verification code sent to my email

but you can login with the code sent to email?
if you are getting the code via email, after login , go to Profile-> Manage EverSafe ID and check if the phone number is correct. Update if needed. But if you cannot get the code via sms and email, ask PM to check
