My eSIM is not working at all, I have not service in my phone even when I'm able to see the eSIM in my phone settings. It looks like my eSIM is not fully activated. When I logged in the Public Mobile app I see the profile and the plan but I can’t receive 2FA code because the phone has no service. Please switch verification to email.

More details would be helpful.
Are you a new customer? If new customer, did you port over your number from another mobile company? Did you answer "yes" to the port request text? If you did port and answer yes, you may want to remove or inactive old carrier's SIM or eSIM.
