Hi all, I was able to activate my subscription on Friday night and port my existing number from the old carrier (that account is now closed). I am able to make and receive calls with service from PM but have not been able to send or receive texts (which I desperately NEED to be able to do at work!). I submitted a ticket through chatbox and saw that it said CS would reach out via PM in about 30 minutes. It's been 2 hours and nothing. What is the current wait time for customer service??? I am currently at work and not being able to send/receive texts is affecting my business. This is a problem.

Issue was resolved when Customer Service Rep refreshed network settings on their end! 🙂

Usually, you will get a response within 1-2 hours. However, the wait times for CSA help has been longer recently.
You could do a network reset of your phone. Note: this will erase any saved Wifi password settings,.
