I have had my phone for about two years now, and all of a sudden it’s started saying no sim out of nowhere, and I have to take it out and put it back in to get it to work again. I keep getting an error code when trying to contact costumer service.

Check to see if your SIM tray is damaged/cracked. The phone can’t read the SIM. You might also try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on to see if that helps.

It is best to first find out if this issue is caused by the sim or your mobile phone
Try multiple sim cards with your phone. If it fails with every SIM card, it’s likely that your sim card slot has some issues. Ideally it’s best to first try to give it a good clean with soft-linen cloth to make sure it’s free of debris, dust. And try it again. If it still persists take it to a cellphone technician

Can you try your SIM card in another unlocked phone?
