International text messaging

Hello,

Can someone please clarify what "International text messaging" means in the plans?

Does it mean texting from Canada to a foreign country (USA for example), or does it mean you're able to text IN that country? I'm in the USA right now, wondering if I'm able to just continue texting like normal?

@Jcroteau1  It means you can text abroad from Canada only . If in the US you need a US roaming add on

it means you can send / rec text messages to anyone on planet earth...as long as you are in Canada.

If you're in US, you need the 15 Day US Roaming text option. You can rec texts w/o the add-on...you just won't be able to respond.
