I tried everything. Restart my phone, reset my network, choose PM as my network.. nothing works. CS support said they sent in a ticket to technical team but I didn't get any response...
I can't even port my number out if I want to cause I have no signal...
What are my options? wait?

No.. it is an esim
I have been asking for updates but it's just very frustrating...

At the same time, is that a physical sim card? can you test your sim card on another phone to see if it works?
