No signal for past 2 days .. anyone else the same?

I tried everything.  Restart my phone, reset my network, choose PM as my network.. nothing works.  CS support said they sent in a ticket to technical team but I didn't get any response...

I can't even port my number out if I want to cause I have no signal... 

What are my options? wait?

No.. it is an esim

I have been asking for updates but it's just very frustrating...

it is good you are working with PM on this. You need to reply them and press for an update

At the same time, is that a physical sim card?  can you test your sim card on another phone to see if it works?
