I already active my new sin card. Why there is still no service , instead my old sin card from Bell still working?  How can they be switched?

It could be that your Bell phone is not unlocked. Contact Bell and tell them that you want to unlock your phone. It should have the bell SIM card in it when you call them. Simply dial 611. Once they confirm your phone is unlocked put the Public Mobile SIM in your phone and you should see it working.

@Triguy not necessarily a porting issue, we don't have enough info from @lurui yet, as @Danneyland has mentioned.  With or without porting, services should be working immediately.  So if nothing is working, it may be an activation issue.  Or, it could be a locked or incompatible phone.  It could be a few things other than a porting issue.

You're going to need to be a bit more specific. What have you done already to troubleshoot the issue? How old is your device--is it possible that it is carrier-locked? Did you port your phone number already?

It's normal for few hours to have incoming calls to your sim card with bell. When your port number will be ok your sim card with bell will be finished. And you will have a text from public mobile to let you know that your port is ok now.

If it's not ok tomorrow you can write a private message to the moderator for help here..https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and give them details of your problem with port...waiting time is few hours to 2 days.

EDITED. you are supposed to be able to call and to have public mobile on your screen right away....if not.. is your phone unlocked???
